These Trip-Specific Terms & Conditions apply to the El Salvador CuriosiTrip scheduled for November 4–11, 2026, including the optional add-on extension through November 14, 2026.
These terms supplement and are incorporated into the CuriosiTrip Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the General Terms & Conditions and these Trip-Specific Terms, these Trip-Specific Terms shall control with respect to the El Salvador CuriosiTrip.
Before submitting a deposit, participants should review both the General CuriosiTrip Terms & Conditions and these Trip-Specific Terms & Conditions.

These Trip-Specific Terms apply to the El Salvador CuriosiTrip, November 4–11, 2026, including any optional add-on extension, and are incorporated by reference into the John The Traveler / GeODDgraphy LLC CuriosiTrip Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). In the event of any conflict between these Trip-Specific Terms and the Terms, these Trip-Specific Terms shall govern. All other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect.

This CuriosiTrip is a small-group cultural and experiential travel program designed around flexibility, curiosity, spontaneity, local engagement, and shared experiences. The itinerary is intentionally flexible. Specific activities, routes, accommodations, schedules, meal locations, and experiences may change before or during the Trip for operational, logistical, weather-related, safety-related, or other reasons at Provider’s discretion.
Such changes are considered an inherent and expected aspect of the CuriosiTrip experience and shall not constitute a material change entitling Client to any refund, credit, or compensation.
2. Pricing & Payment
Trip pricing will be published on the official booking page and may vary depending on booking period, promotional pricing windows, rooming selections, add-on participation, or other factors determined by Provider.
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per participant is required to reserve a spot on the Trip. Remaining balances are due on September 1, 2026, or when otherwise stated by the Provider. Any registrations received after September 1, 2026 will be due in full at the time of registration. Registrations may close on or before October 1, 2026, or at another time determined by Provider at its discretion.
Provider may offer payment plans or promotional pricing at its discretion. Failure to make payments by required deadlines may result in cancellation of participation without refund of amounts previously paid.
An optional single supplement may be available in limited quantity for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
The optional add-on extension may be booked either at the time of initial registration or later, subject to availability and operational feasibility.
Provider reserves the right to decline participation, cancel unpaid reservations, or refuse bookings at its discretion consistent with the Terms.
3. Minimum Participation
This Trip requires a minimum of 6 confirmed participants to operate.
The optional add-on extension may require a minimum of 3 participants to operate and may be modified or canceled if sufficient participation is not achieved.
Provider reserves the right to cancel the Trip if minimum participation levels are not met or if operational, logistical, safety, or other concerns make operation of the Trip impractical.
In the event of cancellation by Provider for reasons within Provider’s control, Clients will receive a full refund of amounts paid directly to Provider.
Provider is not responsible for airfare, insurance, accommodations booked independently before or after the Trip, visa expenses, or any other costs incurred by Client outside amounts paid directly to Provider.
4. Included Services
The main Trip generally includes:
- Shared accommodations beginning with check-in on November 4, 2026 and ending with check-out on November 11, 2026
- Group ground transportation during the Trip
- Airport transfers on designated arrival and departure dates only
- 7 breakfasts and 5 additional group meals (lunches and/or dinners) during the main Trip
- 1 welcome drink and 1 farewell drink
- Entrance fees for included group activities and experiences
- Group coordination and facilitation throughout the Trip
The optional add-on extension generally includes:
- Shared accommodations beginning with check-in on November 11 and ending with check-out on November 14, 2026
- Transportation associated with the add-on itinerary
- 8 included meals during the add-on extension
- Included activities and entrance fees associated with the add-on itinerary
Specific inclusions may vary and remain subject to operational adjustments.
Optional activities may be included in the itinerary, but participation is entirely voluntary. Clients who choose not to participate in optional activities are not entitled to refunds, credits, or substitutions.
5. Exclusions
The Trip price does not include, unless expressly stated otherwise:
- International airfare
- Travel insurance
- Passport or visa costs
- Personal expenses
- Laundry
- Most alcoholic beverages
- Coffee or beverages outside included meals
- Optional nightlife or independently arranged activities
- Meals not specifically included
- Personal transportation during free time
- Tips for service providers other than those expressly covered by Provider
- Medical expenses
- Emergency evacuation costs
- Any costs arising from delays, cancellations, missed connections, illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances
6. Accommodations
Accommodations for this Trip may include boutique hotels, guesthouses, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, shared homes, or similar lodging arrangements.
Standard pricing is based on shared accommodations, generally double occupancy. Room configurations may vary by property and destination.
Provider will attempt to accommodate roommate preferences and same-gender rooming preferences where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee specific roommate assignments or lodging configurations.
Clients booking together as couples or companions may share accommodations together where feasible.
Provider reserves the right to modify accommodations, rooming assignments, lodging arrangements, or lodging locations at any time for operational, logistical, safety, or group-management reasons.
A limited number of private accommodations may be available through payment of a single supplement fee.
7. Transportation & Activities
Ground transportation during the Trip is expected to be provided primarily through privately arranged group transportation operated by independent third-party transportation providers.
Transportation standards, road conditions, infrastructure, driving practices, and operational conditions in El Salvador may differ from those in Client’s home country.
Certain activities included in the Trip may involve physical activity, uneven terrain, water-based environments, scenic overlooks, hiking, stairs, rural infrastructure, or other conditions carrying inherent risk.
Participation in any activity is voluntary. Clients are solely responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating in any activity.
Provider reserves the right to modify, substitute, cancel, or remove activities, attractions, routes, or experiences at any time.
8. Travel Insurance Requirement
Travel insurance is mandatory for participation in this Trip, including participation in the optional add-on extension.
Clients must maintain travel insurance coverage that includes, at minimum:
- Emergency medical coverage
- Emergency medical evacuation/repatriation
- Trip cancellation or interruption coverage
Provider reserves the right to request proof of insurance coverage prior to or during the Trip. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of required coverage may result in removal from the Trip without refund.
9. Entry Requirements
It is each Client’s sole responsibility to verify and obtain all documentation required for entry into El Salvador and any transit countries, including but not limited to passports, visas, vaccinations, health documentation, or other entry requirements.
Provider bears no responsibility for denied boarding, denied entry, missed transportation, delays, or losses resulting from Client’s failure to satisfy entry requirements.
10. Communication
Provider’s primary mode of communication before and during the Trip will be WhatsApp or another designated communication platform.
Clients are responsible for monitoring communications, updates, schedule changes, meeting instructions, and operational notices distributed through the designated communication platform.
Provider’s obligation to communicate operational information shall be deemed fulfilled upon posting such information to the designated communication platform.
11. Substitutions & Transfers
Requests to transfer participation to another individual may be permitted at Provider’s discretion. Any substitute participant must complete all required forms, waivers, acknowledgments, and payment obligations prior to participation.
Original participants remain responsible for any unpaid balances until all required payments have been received.
Any transfer of payments or credits toward a future CuriosiTrip shall be entirely at Provider’s discretion and may be subject to an administrative fee.
12. Liability Waiver
All participants will be required to execute a separate Liability Waiver prior to participation in the Trip.
That waiver is a standalone binding document and is not superseded by these Trip-Specific Terms or the broader CuriosiTrip Terms & Conditions.
Failure to execute required waivers or documents may result in removal from the Trip without refund.
13. Governing Terms
These Trip-Specific Terms, together with the John The Traveler / GeODDgraphy LLC CuriosiTrip Terms & Conditions and any separately executed Liability Waiver, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to this Trip.
By booking this Trip, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Trip-Specific Terms and the CuriosiTrip Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
