Trip-Specific Terms & Conditions

September 11–13, 2026

These Trip-Specific Terms apply to the Montréal CuriosiTrip, September 11–13, 2026, and are incorporated by reference into the John The Traveler / GeODDgraphy LLC CuriosiTrip Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). In any conflict between these Trip-Specific Terms and the Terms, these Trip-Specific Terms govern. All other provisions of the Terms remain in full force.

1. Trip Overview

Destination: Montréal, Québec, Canada

Dates: September 11–13, 2026

Operator: GeODDgraphy LLC d/b/a John The Traveler

As with all CuriosiTrips, the itinerary for this Trip is intentionally flexible. Specific activities, schedules, and experiences are subject to change at Provider’s discretion. This is by design and is part of the CuriosiTrip experience. Such changes do not constitute a material change and do not entitle Client to a refund or credit.

2. Pricing

Trip pricing is listed on the booking page. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Once payment is received and booking is confirmed, all applicable Terms apply, including the non-refundable payment policy.

3. Minimum Participation

Provider reserves the right to cancel this Trip if the number of confirmed participants is insufficient to operate the Trip. In the event of such cancellation, Clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to Provider. Provider is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by Client in preparation for the Trip.

4. Entry Requirements

It is each Client’s sole responsibility to verify and obtain all documentation required for entry into Canada, including but not limited to a valid passport and any applicable Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) or visa. Provider bears no responsibility for denied boarding or entry resulting from a Client’s failure to meet entry requirements.

5. Accommodations

Accommodations are not included in the Trip price. Clients are solely responsible for arranging and funding their own lodging. Provider may suggest neighborhoods or areas convenient to planned meeting points but makes no guarantees regarding availability, quality, or suitability of any accommodation.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not required for this Trip but is strongly recommended. By choosing not to obtain travel insurance, Client expressly assumes all financial risk associated with trip cancellation, interruption, delay, medical events, and any other circumstances not covered by Provider under the Terms. Provider strongly encourages coverage that includes at minimum emergency medical, evacuation, and trip cancellation protection.

7. Liability Waiver

Prior to or upon commencement of this Trip, Client will be required to execute a separate Liability Waiver. That waiver is a standalone binding document and is not superseded by these Trip-Specific Terms or the Terms & Conditions. Failure to execute the Liability Waiver may result in removal from the Trip without refund.

8. Communication

Provider’s primary mode of communication during this Trip is WhatsApp. A group chat will be established prior to the Trip start date for all confirmed Clients and will be used to share schedules, meeting points, real-time updates, and any changes to the itinerary. Clients are strongly encouraged to install WhatsApp and ensure notifications are enabled prior to departure.

Participation in the group chat is not mandatory. However, Clients who choose not to use WhatsApp acknowledge that they may not receive time-sensitive communications, including changes to meeting locations or schedules, and assume full responsibility for any missed updates or activities resulting from their choice. Provider’s obligation to communicate is fulfilled upon posting to the group chat.

9. Governing Terms

These Trip-Specific Terms, together with the John The Traveler / GeODDgraphy LLC CuriosiTrip Terms & Conditions and any separately executed Liability Waiver, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to this Trip.

By booking this Trip, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Trip-Specific Terms and the John The Traveler / GeODDgraphy LLC CuriosiTrip Terms & Conditions in their entirety, and acknowledges that a separate Liability Waiver will be required prior to or upon commencement of the Trip.
